When your strength is spent

When you are running on empty, and you can’t find the remedy, come to Him who is the Fountain of Life. In Psalm 71 we see David relying on God as his refuge and strength. David’s strength was spent, and the Lord forsook Him not. In fact, it is when we are running on empty that we can be the most useful for the Lord because His grace is sufficient for us. His grace is enough.

Do you feel burned out? Tired? Stressed? Turn to the Lord. Seek His strength. Lean upon His everlasting arms.

Psalm 71:1-3 says:

“In you, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame! In your righteousness deliver me and rescue me; incline your ear to me and save me! Be to me a rock of refuge, to which I may continually come; you have given the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.”

I encourage you to seek Him and find your strength in Him during these difficult times and at all times. He loves you and cares about you so much. It is when we are at our weakest, that we can be the strongest as we lean on His strength and not our own. It is in the valleys where we grow in Him. It is when we are weak, that we are strong.

I hope you all have a blessed day in our Lord. Love you guys!
